Sixwire on TV
BOY, THESE GUYS SURE LOOK FAMILIAR
If any of these guys look familiar, it’s probably because you’ve see them in concert, or on TV performing with some of the world’s most popular music artists. In addition to playing for Sixwire and being in the top “on call” lists for many Nashville recording studios, all five Sixwire members have been playing with major recording artists (some for over 25 years).
THE NEXT GREAT AMERICAN BAND – FOX TELEVISION / PRODUCED BY AMERICAN IDOL
Sixwire performed as a group on Fox Television’s, “Next Great American Band”.
As one of the finalists, Sixwire won america’s hearts and ears with their original songs, classic remakes, tight rhythms and unbelievable vocal harmonies. More than once, the panel of judges on the show pointed out specific talents of each band member, and how well they work as a group.
TOO MANY ARTISTS TO LIST
You’ve also probably seen more than one of the Sixwire bandmates performing with the likes of Faith Hill, Richard Marx, Delbert McClinton, Randy Owen, Vince Gill, Lee Greenwood, Phil Vassar, Olivia Newton John, and countless others.
ANY HOCKEY FANS IN THE HOUSE?
If in Nashville, and happen to attend a Nashville Predators hockey game, there’s a strong chance the band performing will have Sixwire members in it.
In addition, Steve Mandile recently submitted a custom-written song to Nashville Predators CEO, Jeff Cogan. The song is a hard-pounding, custom-crafted rock tune meant to rile fans between plays.

If you get shy, short of words, or are just looking for an ice-braker, here’s some good questions to ask the Sixwire guys:
“Why is the band named Sixwire when there are only five of you?”
“Do you prefer to called Model/Actors, or Actor/Models?”
“Is your diet primarily proteins, or carbs?
